I am working with a mother of a 7 week old. She has mandatory, random
drug testing. I do not know the specifics as to why.

She just returned to work and is concerned about her supply. She
recently had to be retested due to a dilute sample and as a result has
to submit to an additional 6 months of random drug testing.

I am looking for an existing protocol for a breastfeeding mothers in
this situation. They recommend she drink less fluids to avoid a dilute
sample.

Thank you for any information.
