I was very pleased to see the post about antifungals and cisapride.  This
was a question that came up recently for me while writing on breastfeeding
and reflux.

I checked with the chief of GI and Nutrition at one of the largest
childrens hospitals in the country and his response was that in his opinion
this was extremely unlikely and the caution did not need to be made in my
booklet.

Well, deciding to ere on the side of caution , I left it in!

I am awaiting his response after this new information but am curious as to
what others think about this?

Does this pose a risk to babies ?
