A mom whose premie twins are in hospital still has been pumping and giving
more hindmilk to them with positive weight gain increase. A nurse said to her
that foremilk has more antibodies than hindmilk. I told her perhaps the nurse
is thinking of colostrum but just thought I'd run it by you. Any evidence of
this being true?

I re-read Dr Newman's article from the Scientific American on antibody
formation in breastmilk and see nothing there to indicate that hindmilk has
different antibodies. Comments?
