I have a mother of a 1 1/2 year old who is going through a nasty divorce :o(
She is planning to breastfeed until at least two but the husband (through his
lawyer) is threatening to claim the mother unfit and have the baby removed
from the mother if she is still nursing the baby at court time.  I caught the
post a few days ago from Canada -- very discouraging.  Is their any POSITIVE
legal precedent in the USA that anyone knows of that you would be able to
post. Please also post any current references addressing the benefits of
breastfeeding the older baby; the mother's lawyer would like this for court.
