Permission to post:

Mother with otherwise "normal" breasts, right nipplelooks as if it's missing top 
half.  But there is no milk expressable from the bottom half, and little from the 
top.  Baby does not transfer more than a tenth of an ounce on right side, full 
feeding 2-2 & 1/2 oz on left.  No surgical history, did have a heart murmer as 
an infant.  Large tough nipples to begin with, baby had a hard time latching on 
well without hurting mom, but is better now; but this one nipple that does not 
secrete milk from the bottom stumps me.
