I know we have discussed various pumps on Lactnet before, you might check the archives. I work for WIC and we loan Elites for premature or hospitalized babies. Moms absolutely love them. I hear good things about the Symphony -- but is one hospital grade pump better than another? We don't have any research yet that shows this. The new research by Medela only compares the Symphony to the Classic.
