You could give them the number for Dr. Hale's Infant Risk Center for them to
call and discuss if the drug is safe while breastfeeding a premature baby,
and if not, if there are other safe options.

Is the baby in a NICU?  Is she working closely with the lactation
consultants at whatever hospital she is in?
