Hello,
I'm wondering what everyone thinks about micromedex as a resource for information about drugs during lactation. My hospital likes to use Micromedex, but I'm worried and would like them to also check Dr. Hale's book, too. The American Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine recommends:
 Medications and Mothers’ Milk
lactation database of the U.S. National Library of Medicine,
TOXNET: Toxicology Data Network (LactMed)by T. Hale,27 the drugs andBreastfeeding: A Guide for the Medical Profession
Drugs in Pregnancy andby G.G. Briggs, R.K. Freeman, and S.J. Yaffe,30and the American Academy of Pediatrics Statement on
the Transfer of Drugs into Human Milk

Thanks for your help,
