I had a snicker at myself when I read this all as
ending with "Queen of the Universe"!

I address physicians and other "titled" people as they
address me.  I had a surgeon who called me Ms.
Hallberg, and I responded in kind.  Makes sense.  I
get very uncomfortable when called "Mrs. Hallberg" or
worse, "Mrs. Grunwald".  Bleah.
