We just had Hand, Foot, and Mouth in our house.  I nursed like crazy and my toddler had a very mild case.  I got it too and had it much worse, but never got sores on or around my breasts.  They were limited to my hands/arms, feet/lower legs, and tongue/mouth.  Hers were as well.  I have never heard to not breastfeed and my doctor told me to nurse as much as possible.
