I have said before that I have had low potassium - and no eating disorder.
In order to replace intracellular potassium I needed to take 2 Slow K daily
for awhile - this is equivalent to 4 bananas a day - which is not easy to
add to your diet!
must go and catch my plane to Perth for ALCA conference!
