other than what you mention, first impulse ideas to consider:
 
*regular po intake of ie; good oils from foods like avocado
*regular po intake of ie; olive oil, fish oil, flaxseed oil
*several/few times per day/week warm compress w/massage/vibration  device
*ultrasound tx
*pump just a little if not fdg as regularly now that baby <<  beginning
solid foods>>
*does she have oversupply? <<but has plenty>>
*does she have an overabundance of fat in diet?....maybe decrease that?  <<is 
thriving>>....not sure that is easily compatible with  increasing oils, or 
even relevant.
