"She started fenugreek week 3, stopped last week when she had "stomach bug"
and restarted 2 days ago.  She is taking 3 caps/3x day.  She was treated
with antibiotics post delivery for infected incision site."

Are you sure that she had a stomach bug?  Fenugreek can cause a pretty
intense GI response in some people, sometimes resulting in bouts of
diarrhea that could be misdiagnosed as a stomach virus.  The antibiotics
that she took post-surgery may have stripped her gut of necessary bacteria
as well, leaving her more susceptible to GI issues.  She may want to ease
back into the fenugreek if there is any possibility that she is sensitive
to it.
