Ok, here's the deal with the check program from MESSAGE!PRODUCTS.

1. SUGGESSTED MEMBERSHIP: 10,000

2.CHECK DESIGN: They will utilize the blue "Classic Conscience" check using
a logo and a slogan.( This is a simple check with a strip at top and
bottom)

3.PROCESS They will produce a check bearing the logo and slogan for the
organization's approval. The logo and slogan must fit requirements.  Once
the check has been approved, they will assign a PIN number to the
organization's check. Organization is not responsible for customer service
calls, data entry, or order fulillment.

4.ROYALTIES:$1.00 per unit ordered and reordered. Payment quarterly, or if
royalty is less than $100, semiannually.

5.ADVERISEMENT: One camera ready ad provided by Message!products at no
charge to organization. All advertisements must carry the PIN number for
data entry.

6.MARKETING: Organization agrees to include ad in pubilcation, at least
quarterlly, and provide copies of each publication with published ad to
Message!products. Other marketing techniques may be utilized per agreement
.
7.TERM: 3 year exclusive contract. Trial period.

8.CRITERIA: During 3rd year, check orders must exceed 100-or yearly average
over 3 years should exceed 300-to renew contract......

9.SET-UP TIME:     allow 6-10  weeks for check design/production.

This is doable but It would be better for an organization( ILCA,LLL,BSC
etc) to take on this project, or someone( LACTNEWS) who is able to
advertise the checks. I called ILCA and they liked the idea. I will be
e-maililng Amy Spangler(President) of ILCA about this soon.
Any Ideas or takers on this project? It can be done.
