Linda,
I've been dealing with this problem for years... the way to deal with staff
formula use is pretty simple... policy, policy, policy.  If you can reach
your unit manager get her on your side and have it addressed in your
breastfeeding policies.  If you have to work on new policies or write a
quality study, volunteer.  You can also use your unit meeting to bring up
breastfeeding concerns.  Now, all I have to do is work on our Peds....
formula is the easy answer to all their questions...sigh.
