Ann says,

<<However, I must say, that I too, would love to hear about
conferences world-wide, if only to know who, when, and where and then it is
for me to
decide whether it is feasible for me to attend. I would think it would be
very appropriate for that info to be posted on this list. As well, I agree
with the posts that say we have so little time to find things that it is
often a
huge help to be led to where the info or the item may be found. Can there
be any changes considered here? Thanks, Ann Conlon-Smith,LLLL, IBCLC>>

Cindy Curtis has a listserv that is nothing but postings about conferences.
You receive the list, much like lactnet -- everyone can post to there, and
you can get all the details in one post. I see no need to clutter up the list
with postings about conferences when Cindy has already done us an enormous
service. People who are interested in conferences -- or posting about a
conference -- can subscribe; people who don't care, don't have to subscribe and
then everyone can be happy!! Happy, happy, HAPPY!!!

Cindy, maybe you can post exactly how to subscribe to your list -- it's very
easy, but I'm enough of a computer flunkie that I will probably get it wrong.
