I have had some positive response from clients with the use of soft (cold) laser treatments. This has proven to be especially helpful for mothers with open wounds on the nipple and severe nipple trauma.

I have not found any research on soft laser wound healing for the nipples, but there is an acceptable body of research on general wound healing and the use of laser treatments.

I would love to hear what experience others have had as well.

Hope that helps.

Be well-
Becky
