Hi Pat and all,

 

I don't think you are being cynical. I remember learning this is in one of
my classes in college, Lifecycle nutrition or something like that (I was a
nutrition major). Menses are stimulated to begin when girls reach 5'0" and
100 lbs. So if ABM fed children are heavier which we have plenty of evidence
of then it stands to reason that they would reach puberty faster than BF
babies (on average of course).
