What a great opportunity!!!

I would be willing to wager that this person has somewhat of an idea of what
he wants to do. He may or may not be totally up front about the amount of
money he is talking about.

Begin your conversation just as you would any interview with a mom. Use open
ended questions to find out what kind of thoughts or ideas he has.
What areas is he interested in supporting?
What experiences makes him interested in making a contribution to
breastfeeding?
Is he interested in a one time contribution, or ongoing?
Does he want control over how the money is used?
Is he interested in research, service delivery, advocacy, marketing? or
other?
Who would he like this money to serve?
Does he want his name used?
Is there an organization he already supports that would be a good resource
to team up with to use his money?
Does he want to start something new or join an ongoing effort?
What is going on in his community that he can support?
Is he interested in local, national or international efforts?

Finding the right fit is the key to encouraging further donations, so I
wouldn't encourage a particular course of action until you know more about
him.

It would help us all if you kept an ongoing list of all the suggestions you
have received and if you let us know how it all works out.

Good luck,
