Jaye, we have frequently had mothers switch from Reglan to Domperidone
without doing anything -- just stop the one and start the other.
Haven't seen any problems, and don't know why there should be.  Don't
see that it's any different than switching from one NSAID to another or
one antibiotic to another, etc.
