The Epilepsy Foundation has a website with some basic information.

The Epilepsy Foundation of Victoria (Australia) has some wonderful

The usenet newsgroup alt.support.epilepsy has many participants.  Your
client could post her concerns, the group is really great about
supporting each other.

There is also an epilepsy web ring, that connects many other sites.
