Yes my blood boils too.  I worked as a hospital based LC for several years
and the hardest fight we had wasnt gift packs , it was not tripling the price
of pump kits.  We finally got a pharmacy right down the street to carry the
kits and would have Dads go there to get them, esp if they had no insurance.
 It took almost 2 years but  the hospital did come around.  Good Luck.
