Debbie, my understanding of this is that the
epinephrine released as a result of the accident has
inhibited her milk ejection reflex.  I suspect this
might be one case in which oxytocin nasal spray could
prove effective in order to trigger her MER, if other
forms of biofeedback, relaxation and visualisation
dont' work for her.  How long ago did the accident
occur?
