Strong words about the March of Dimes - an organization that I have been active with for years - as the parent of a severely impaired child.
I know that some fund-raisers use bottles for collections and sell Nestle products and even support formula companies.  Care must be taken not to generalize.  Local chapters do their own thing sometimes and need individual education - which I have done for our local chapter with great success.
Just my thought.
