Just finished watching the 8 p.m. EST broadcast of EWTN Live with Fr. Mitch
Pacwa filmed earlier this year in Bethlehem. He described the very
interesting historical and biblical significance of the particular place and
went on to describe the significance of the mothering, bonding and the
reality of the necessity of the milk for growth, as well as the symbolism of
self giving that was a very real and integral part of the manifestation
of the Incarnation. The sermon had background illustrations of several
very beautiful madonna and nursing child portraits. It was a most rewarding
program with special significance for me because of the understanding of
breastfeeding it has been my good fortune to have experienced, both
personally and professionally.

I am sure it will be repeated, perhaps even this evening in just an hour
or so when it will be prime time in the MST and PST zones, and probably in
the next few days, if the usual pattern of rebroadcast is retained, maybe it
might even be shown around 9 a.m. EST Thursday. It is also available on DVD
and audio CD and I will give the numbers for ordering to anyone interested
in contacting me privately. Just had to put this on LN ASAP in hopes that
others who are interested will be able to catch it on reruns on this
worldwide 24 hour-a-day station during these next few days.
