I don't read every post, no time for all, so may be totally off base on this.
 I wonder how they come up with the amounts these babies are supposed to take
in one feed.  They have 4lb babies taking 60-90cc q3 hrs.  This is the amount
that even 8# babies don't take until they are older.  So is it age that
determines amounts, wt, or just the Dr.?  Also some of our Dr.'s put these
babies on a q 4 hr feeding schedule!  Then when the Mom finally gets to
breastfeed on demand, and go home, of course the kid isn't doing any of that.
What do other places do in these situations?
