Hello, I have just joined Lactnet. I am a general practitioner and lactation consultant in Adelaide, South Australia.I have seen several women in the last month with severe constant mastalgia from breast candidiasis. I have been using Diflucan, I am wondering what dosages and length of course other practitioners have been using? What sort of relapse rates are we seeing in these women? Is there anything else we can do to help ?
