About a month ago I had a client who was not experiencing any benefit from
fenugreek. She had bought the bottle out of town. I had her read me the
label and the fenugreek was combined with other herbs. The second one on
the ingredient list rang a distant bell as a potential lactation
inhibitor--I looked it up in my herbal and it seemed to corroborate that
this would not be a good herb to take.

The point is that a bottle may be labeled "Fenugreek" and then in smaller
letters "Blend" and may contain herbs for other purposes than promoting
lactation.
