It is difficult from what you have said to make an exact diagnosis, but I would be fairly sure,
from the timing and symptoms, that this is an eczematous rash.  Treatment with a steroid
ointment, applied sparingly after each feeding, and *not* washed or wiped off would result in
rapid healing.  Betamethasone 0.1% would be a good choice.
