I posted a story over a year ago about a mother who pumped and NG fed her
dying baby for almost 3 months.  She did contact the Denver milk bank and
voluntarily sent her supply to them while weaning her body.  I bring her
story up sometimes in my breastfeeding classes and often get choked.  Her
committment to begin with was overwhelming inspite of the fact her baby would
die.  She did find it frustrating though finding the appropriate containers
for shipping.
