Much as I love the Symphony I've maintained a small stock of Classics. For
reasons I don't understand some mothers have to massage their breasts and
work very hard to drain them with Symphony but the Classic pulls out the
milk in 15 mins. These women are of course using same breastshields so it's
not a size issue, and they are using the Symphony correctly. Other mothers
have told me they don't feel drained after the Symphony and can manually
express a significant quantity. They try the Classic and immediately larger
quantity expressed. The majority have no problem with Symphony.

Just my 2 cents,
Joanna Koch IBCLC
