Well, as a matter of fact I care more about not upsetting a mom than a doc,
but perhaps that's because the doc is in no way my supervisor or boss.
I *never* send any report to anyone without discussing it with the mom. It is
her legal (well, around here it is) and ethical right to know what is said
about her and her infant.
