To Kathleen and all the authors of the articles in the JHL nipple shield
issue, I for one applaud your willingness to take on such a controversial
topic as the use of nipple shields.  That JHL issue did not change the way I
used nipple shields (having discovered their value a little while before),
but I no longer behaved as if I was ashamed of using them.  It simply
confirmed for me that the best in our field found them appropriate and
effective in certain situations.  It was electrifying!  Thank you once again.
