I am inclined to think that cats will nurse an anyone!  lol ;o)
When I was a child,  I had a cat that would start nursing on my earlobe as
soon as I feel asleep.  Some years ago, I adopted a kitten to be added to our
family along side our adult male cat.  The kitten would nurse on the male
cat's paw!
