Also - don't forget about recent info regarding extrinsic vs intrinsic
cuin=
g on appetite. Adults who respond to extrinsic cuing (external cues -
a fu=
ll plate must be finished) tend to have more weight issues than those
who r=
espond to intrinsic cues (internal cues of fullness and they push away
the =
unempty plate). What does that remind you of? Also the research
which sho=
ws that babies that have to be pushed to finish a bottle are NOT more
overw=
eight than those that are interminable eaters. I would LOVE to know
if bab=
ies of moms that use upright positioning and have high supplies tend
to hav=
e more weight issues than mothers with average supplies. Wouldn't
that be =
a study!"

I can offer one anecdotal piece of evidence: I had an active letdown
and very bountiful supply. All four of my children are now slender to
thin adolescents. My fattest baby is now my skinniest teen.

It would be a very interesting study.
