I for one would like to remind everyone that most western med. docs only
look at a tiny fraction of the thyroid when diagnosing moms. Sometimes we
forget to check all of the thyroid & only worry about getting this small
fraction in check.  I have a case where mom was consistently feeling
horrible after getting her thyroid "regulated" her milk production was up
and down, as were her moods.  One trip to an ND got her off of the
synthryoid and onto a more natural rx, it has done wonders for her and her
babies.
