Hello Adelina!

There is not a lot out there for the hypoplasia/insufficient glandular
tissue moms and their helpers, but I'll share what I know about which I
hope helps you in your support of this mother.

Far and away the best resource for any mother with low milk production is
Diana West and Lisa Marasco's "Making More Milk." While it touches on
hypoplasia specifically, it really goes into depth toward helping a mother
understand and work toward maximizing her own personal milk-making
potential. Given that hypoplasia is often seen alongside hormonal
co-morbidities (such as PCOS), looking at the whole mother as this book
permits and encourages is a great approach.

Virginia Thorley in Australia published this case history:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16127825

Huggins, et al. published this study of 34 mothers, which is the best we
currently have in the literature for defining physical markers of
hypoplasia/IGT:

I wrote this for La Leche League International a few years ago, suitable
for those supporting mothers with hypoplasia:

I was interviewed for this podcast on the topic:

I don't know what the native language of the mother is, but there is a lot
on social media (in English) for mothers who find themselves newly aware of
this condition and situation. Please let me know and I can direct you to
blogs, a very supportive group on Facebook, and more.

This is a topic of special interest for me, one I hope to study further. I
am presenting a Grand Rounds for OB/GYN residents at a medical school next
week on hypoplasia/IGT so I'm really immersed in the literature this
weekend. :)

I hope this is helpful,
