I know the subject has been covered a few months ago, but I have been
Nomail for so long that I lost the info. I would like to know what the
latest word is about Diflucan in yeast infections of the breast:
- 100 mg for 10, 15 days, or 150 mg in one dose ? (I saw both "recipes" !)
- do we treat baby topically, or is the Diflucan in mother's milk
sufficient ?

I am seeing a patient tomorrow with a possible (probable) yeast
infection. Breastfeeding still painful after 8 weeks, dramatically
improved with correction of position, but a constant pain in the breast
remains. Very partially corrected with topicals yeast treatments... So,
next step is ... Diflucan. Please, help ASAP
TIA
