Hi Lactnetters

Our community health agency is working to develop managed care guidelines
for some of our breastfeeding clients. I am wondering if any of you work for
an agency which has developed such guidelines. Our goal is to define, as
best as possible, the number of public health nurse home visits required to
help mothers resolve various breastfeeding  problems.

If anyone has guidelines that you think would be helpful, please e-mail me
privately (I'm nomail). I'd be happy to pay for postage of any package of
information too.

In addition, does anyone know of any literature on managed care guidelines
for breastfeeding problems?
