At least one breast and one baby.

Jan -- who doesn't intend to be flip, but people in poorer countries with
less than ideal, or even adequate diets have breastfed for centuries.  It
would be lovely to give this girl adequate food for her own sake.  Here's
hoping she realizes that the food she makes for her baby is perfect,
regardless.  Perhaps if someone wants to donate some formula, the mom could
drink it as a supplement for her own diet.
