Just adding my anecdotal $.02 here as well...

Both my boys were also that heavy.  The first was 22 pounds at 4 months and
the second was 20 pounds.  They were exclusively breastfed and perfectly
healthy.  They are 4 and 5 today and still very healthy.  Both are quite
solid boys and still weigh a lot compared to their same-aged counterparts.
My 5 year old is nearly 80 pounds but is not obese or anything... just
solid.
