I have a skype client near Raleigh, North Carolina whose baby has been
crying non stop except during feeds or sleeping for 3 weeks now. Baby is 4
weeks old. Using a nipple shield as this was the only way the baby would
stay consistently latched. I had mom send pictures of baby's mouth and it
appears to be a posterior tie. Mom feels speed bump underneath the tongue.
Baby cries constantly except for feedings and sleeping. Also spits up 80%
of the time after a feed. Just barely started zantac however there is a
correlation between tongue tie and acid reflux syptoms. If you know of
anyone that could help this mom and baby in this area with assisting with
addressing the tongue tie and ruling out other issues that I can't see. She
