Dear Jeanette, same doctor?  If so, I'd write a nice report detailing what
you've told us about increasing supply, correcting latch and suck etc. on
baby #1.  Use it as an education piece but keep it short, 1 page so he will
read.  Maybe suggest he might want you to  see baby #2??????????  I
personally DO NOT THINK IT IS NORMAL for BF baby to gain less.  A BF baby
who is "nursing well" and mom's breasts are responding, gains apprpriately
or better than appropriately.  I think we have accepted poor weight gains
for too long as normal for BF babies.  Opps, climbing off box
