Hi fellow lactnetters,
 Has anyone noticed a big difference in the new "advanced" PIS vs.
the "original" PIS? I am wondering which one is the most appropriate to
recommend to new mothers who want to know which is more effective, as the
cost is more with the PIS advanced. Also, is the Symphony that much better
than the Lactina or Hollister Elite, in your opinions. Any feedback would
be much appreciated. You may post to me privately or to the list if
appropriate.
