Biotinidase deficiency is one of the inborn errors of metabolism that is 
tested for by many states. All that is needed is to give the baby extra 
biotin, and breastfeed as usual.
I know a baby who has this condition who is now a healthy 4 year old, 
and breastfed for 2+ years.
