In the US it would probably be an Occupational Therapist who works with
these children, though some "feeding specialists" are Speech and
Language Therapists.
I would imagine that these would come under the heading of "aquired
sensory based feeding problems", when they are primarily sensory, and
"motor based feeding problems" when they are primarily motor (weak,
malnourished child, low tone, etc).
