 Is his weight gain steady? What exactly does he need supplement for? Calories, vits, minerals, protein??? Someone wrote that in Europe they don't supplement, give more volume.  If she does let -say 4 oz - milk sit in a bottle in frig and then uses a syringe to suck out the top milk she really needs to discard the skim milk or save it for when he is a lot older.  Pat in SNJ
