Yes, some choose not to immunize.  I think the point wasn't that those who don't (or only selectively) immunize should feel guilty, but that many HCPs who do feel it is important have no qualms about trying to induce guilt in those who "go against the grain".  Those who have fully examined all the evidence and choose not to immunize should feel confident in that choice, and in fact most I have met do feel confident and do not let the naysayers intimidate them.
Again, the HCPs who try to induce guilt in non-immunizers do so because they truly believe it is better to immunize.  When it comes to breastfeeding, the problem is that they don't truly believe it makes a difference.  If they did, they would have no qualms about promoting it fully instead of the partonizing "don't make moms feel guilty" attitude.  Instead of admitting they don't really feel it makes a difference, they hide behind the guilt card.
