Hi to all, as some of you may recall, my daughter, now aged 16
months, weaned herself at 14 months due to having Hand, Foot and
Mouth disease. I expressed and tried to get her going again for 10
days after she recovered (which took 7 days), with no success. A
friend was telling me over the weekend that her son, aged 14 months,
who was weaned, mother led, 6 weeks ago, jumped back on the breast no
problems a few days ago. I have been so inspired by this and would
love to try again. What I want to know, from some Relactation
experts, seeing as I am not one, how easy would it be? It has been 2
months now, seriously is this just a beautiful dream, or could she do
it? I don't think I could take the rejection again, I was devastated
before and it took a long time to heal, so I want to know that it may
work before I give it again.
