Wise ones,
I have two questions for you.

First, I was under the impression that it was common to feel something
during "let down". Like pins and needles in the breast, warmth, heaviness,
just something, but recently I have found a couple of moms who have plenty
of milk but feel nothing. Is that common? Or are they maybe not
identifying what they are feeling? What are good ways to describe it?

Also, could anyone who has a private pump rental business(especially lone
practice), email me off list for this one? How do you handle going out of
town for conferences? I just need some help figuring out how to make sure
my clients are well taken care of and pumps can still be rented out in my
abscence.

Thanks,
Micky
